Identification The first step of any mental transformation process is to identify the negative voices in your head. Once we know what our emotional triggers are and begin to disassociate our identity from them, we are ready to embrace the transformation process. During this process, we create our plan and prepare your mind and emotions to the journey ahead.
Education: Training on the principles of mind science, including the subconscious mind, as it controls 90% of our actions and behaviors each day.
Conversation: We are not always aware of the root cause of our personal and professional stagnation, so we must talk through your primary challenges and concerns so that these opportunity areas can be uncovered.
Revelation: As we identify your blindspots, we must accept the full responsibility of resolving these issues by releasing the toxic thoughts and emotions associated with them. You cannot hold onto something and let it go at the same time, so this step is all about making affirmative decisions.
